Oh my; is it that time already? Wow, where did the week go . ........dhole
It is! I had to wrestle inlinz into submission today. Didn't want to co-operate, that's why it might look a little disjointed.A REMINDER! Don't forget to add your Word Count to your post, along with your choice of feedback.Looking forward to some great reading!Denise
Mine's up! I'm not first, but early. And my word count is under 600!Best wishes,Anna
I have added mine too...word count well within limits :) thanks for opening the link today as Fridays are mad where I am. Looking fwd to all the other reads.
I also wanted to ask if it's okay to provide a link to a specific post from the previous challenge...it's there in my entry, but will take it off if I'm violating any norms...please let me know...
I can't see a problem with that. It's dine from time to time Nilanjana.
Thank you for clarifying.
Ha ha, kissing good! I'm in and up! Will be round to every one over the weekend.bestF
I've linked in, a day early here in the UK but Friday is quite busy.
Mine's up. See you round the ridges on the weekend.
Hi all:It's 10:27 pm here so mine will magically appear at midnight, that is 1 hour and 33 minutes from now. I actually wrote this one early and it's been waiting for several days. Word count is below 600. I hope you like it.Nancy
I did as Nancy and scheduled mine for 6:30AM but I just got the chance to link in. I can't wait to read everyone's submissions! Have a great weekend
My contribution to the festivities is up. I do not like to compete with friends so the word count is purposely 750. But it is from a novel I wrote for an audience of one and until now has not been offered to anyone else.I wish us all a beautiful, healing weekend. I, of course, will be working. :-)
Woohoo. I'm back. I look forward to a weekend of catching up. See you'all later.
Another sneak-peek into the lives of Sade and Michael. Hope you enjoy. Can't wait to read you all. A happy weekend to everyone. Apparently hot in the UK this weekend. Hope to make the most of it!

I did it, looking forward to reading all the submissions, as long as it doesn't go over 300.I'm 14 -- just missed being 13, my lucky number.Sorry for the double submission, my fingers slipped. :)
Ha-ha, Yolanda! How I wish I'd waited a little longer for you to get your lucky number and I could have had 14:)
Hi guys, sorry i haven't been present for ages! I've submitted mine, beware - it's very sensual!
I finally posted...whoopie...Ineed a breather before I read the others.
Just posted mine. My first time, wish me luck, guys :)
Just posted mine, my second try at this challenge.
Wow, I go away for a day and the blog explodes with company :) I'm way behind, as you've all noticed, and I had some problems getting my post to accept the link. Caused all types of html messes. But I finally got the thing created and published.Glad to see so many new and returning faces for this challenge. What an amazing turn out! It may take me a few days to get to everyone's posts due to some off line commitments, but rest assured I will be reading them all.Have a great weekend everyone, and thanks for participating.......dhole
Congratulations everybody for such great stories/poems! I've just got through them all and will be back for another read before Wednesday's Wrap Up and choosing of our winner.Have just spend the most awesome few days at the Brisbane Writer's Festival. Charmaine Clancy and I have spent the time together, attending workshops and casual author chats! Awesome the amount we've learnt. Some of mine will trickle out in posts on L'Aussie Writing. What we learnt was very positive for authors and publishing and indie bookshops in Australia anyhow.Keep up your beautiful writing members and friends.Denise
So glad you had such a great time in Brisbane! I wish they'd do something like that in Chicago... You'd think they would.
There's some really fun stories up for this challenge! And yes Denise, the Brisbane Writers Festival was awesome - thank you so much for making sure I didn't miss any brilliant talks :)
Ha ha, those timetables and rooms heightened our sleuthing skills...D
Some FANTASTIC reads this session.Good luck everyone. I am still working through all the stories. I hope to have them all read by tomorrow.
One more to read and I'll be completely caught up but I must say, I've never seen such talent and amazingly beautiful words in all my life! It's hard to pick a favorite at this time. That's how blown away I am!
That's been my problem too Crystal. So much talent and awesomeness........dhole
